Case Studies and clients

We have delivered office and workplace relocations for some of the most demanding organisations in London, from a magic-circle law firm and an international bank to Transport for London, a music major, two councils and two universities. These are not illustrations, they are real projects, each documented in full with the move size, the constraints and how it was delivered. Across them you can see the same pattern repeated in very different settings: large, live, business-critical moves run with minimal disruption, out of hours and in phases where needed, and completed on schedule without the buildings ever having to close. Use the sector filter to find work like yours, then read the full study.

The scale speaks for itself. Between these eight projects we have relocated well over seven thousand people, moved 165,000 books and thousands of linear metres of records, and packed tens of thousands of crates, across single towers and estates of fourteen buildings alike. Just as important as the numbers is the type of work: these were live organisations that could not simply close for a week. A global law firm stayed in full occupation while its headquarters was refurbished around its teams. A council moved 2,300 staff across fourteen buildings. A university library was relocated while academics still needed access to the books. These are the moves that go wrong without proper planning, and these are the ones we are trusted to deliver.

What these projects have in common

For all their differences, these relocations were delivered the same way. The large corporate and legal moves ran out of hours and over weekends, with packing done during the working day, so staff lost as little time as possible and the buildings stayed usable while the work went on. The bigger programmes were phased, moving departments in a planned order over weeks rather than attempting everything at once, which is how a 2,300-person council move or a 19-phase law-firm relocation stays under control. Continuity was designed in throughout: temporary storage and retrieval where a library still needed to lend books, offices photographed so everything went back exactly as it came out, floors and carpets protected, and progress reviewed against the programme every week. Different sectors, different constraints, the same disciplined method, and the same outcome of a move completed on schedule with disruption kept to a minimum.

These projects span the public sector, financial and legal services, entertainment, education, healthcare and property, which is exactly the range of commercial and workplace moves we handle. If you are planning a move like one of these, whether it is a single occupied floor or an estate of buildings, explore our office relocation service, see the full range of commercial moving services we provide, or book a site survey and a fixed quote. Every project above started the same way, with a survey and a plan, and was delivered by an in-house team accountable from the first meeting to the final sign-off. That is what turns a list of impressive clients into a set of moves that actually went to plan.
